Shipping Terms All government agencies receive net 30 day terms. If the account is not paid within 30 days, a 1 1/2% service charge will be assessed. There is a $15.00 minimum order on special ordered merchandise, and anything under $15.00 will be charged $2.50 per shipment. The equipment is on a first come first serve basis.

Equipment is checked before shipment. 14-day return privilege with prior notification. Shipping charges will be added. Shipment is F.O.B. Sycamore, IL. UPS surface rates (see chart). Truck freight, air shipments, or other special shipping methods at prevailing rates. We can now send automatic notification by email about your shipment. Just let us know your email address at the time you place your order, and there is no additional charge! Appropriate sales tax will be collected. C.O.D. shipments will no longer be accepted. Return checks subject to $25.00 handling charge. Restocking fees may apply.
