All government agencies receive net 30 day terms. If the account is not paid within 30 days, a 1 1/2% service charge will be assessed. There is a $15.00 minimum order on special ordered merchandise, and anything under $15.00 will be charged $2.50 per shipment. The equipment is on a first come first serve basis.

Orders of new equipment: Due within 30 days of order
Orders of new vehicle: Due within 10 days of receipt of vehicle to us
Orders of used vehicle: Due on receipt or prior to delivery/pickup
All other government orders will remain Net 30 days.
Due to recent manufacturing delays, we cannot be held responsible if any factory suspends, delays, or otherwise cancels any order of new vehicles &/or equipment. Vehicle equipment could be subject to restocking and/or cancellation charges.
Credit card orders will be assessed a 3.4% processing charge, as well as a $0.25 per transaction fee.
Used equipment is checked before shipment. 14-day return privilege with prior notification. Shipping charges will be added. Shipment is F.O.B. Sycamore, IL. UPS surface rates (see chart). Truck freight, air shipments, or other special shipping methods at prevailing rates. We can now send automatic notification by email about your shipment. Just let us know your email address at the time you place your order, and there is no additional charge! Appropriate sales tax will be collected. C.O.D. shipments will no longer be accepted. Return checks subject to $25.00 handling charge. Restocking fees may apply. After 54+ years....

To All Our Family, Friends, Customers, Vendors, Etc.,
We want to sincerely thank you for the relationship we have enjoyed with you over the years. We appreciate the confidence you placed in us, and are thankful beyond words for everything you have meant to us. For a small business to survive 54+ years is an incredible accomplishment, which simply would not have been possible without the patronage and support we have received from you.
Over the last 54 years, we have been able to serve:

It is therefore with great sadness that we are writing today to let you know that we have decided to close Veto Enterprises. This decision was not an easy one but after the turmoil and uncertainty of the pandemic, and now with supply chain issues complicating even simple business functions, the time has come to say goodbye.

We will continue to handle the currently existing orders and/or projects, and will continue to take care of anything we can that may come up in the meantime. That said, we cannot take any new orders of new vehicles and/or upfits at this point. The office will remain open through the end of the year as we wind down operations to handle accounts payable/receivable, etc, but we will close to the public on or about November 30, 2023 (see our social media pages for the most up to date information).
