A Fond Farewell

After 54+ years....

October 2, 2023

To All Our Family, Friends, Customers, Vendors, Etc.,

We want to sincerely thank you for the relationship we have enjoyed with you over the years. We appreciate the confidence you placed in us, and are thankful beyond words for everything you have meant to us. For a small business to survive 54+ years is an incredible accomplishment, which simply would not have been possible without the patronage and support we have received from you.

Over the last 54 years, we have been able to serve:

  • Federal, State, County, and Local Agencies

  • Private businesses; Security companies, Tow companies, Construction, Landscapers, Snow plow, Road escorts, Survey companies, Dealerships, etc.

  • Private Individuals, Our own Employees & their families

  • Our Family members, Friends, Friends of friends, Family members of friends

It is therefore with great sadness that we are writing today to let you know that we have decided to close Veto Enterprises. This decision was not an easy one but after the turmoil and uncertainty of the pandemic, and now with supply chain issues complicating even simple business functions, the time has come to say goodbye.

We will continue to handle the currently existing orders and/or projects, and will continue to take care of anything we can that may come up in the meantime.  That said, we cannot take any new orders of new vehicles and/or upfits at this point.  The office will remain open through the end of the year as we wind down operations to handle accounts payable/receivable, etc, but we will close to the public on or about November 30, 2023 (see our social media pages for the most up to date information).  PLEASE, we ask for your patience during this transition, this is proving to be a very difficult season for us all!

We are having a liquidation sale of any remaining inventory, so watch your email and/or our social media pages for the latest updates on this or give us a call to set up an appointment, or click here! (*appointments no longer being taken.)

For your future needs, we suggest you consider contacting:

Buss Boyz Customs, Lena, IL - installs & equipment

Lund Industries, Northlake, IL - installs & equipment

Suburban Accents, Rolling Meadows, IL - graphics

Thomas Dodge, Nick Pash - Dodge/Chrysler vehicles

Good friends and people like you made doing business an absolute pleasure - we have forged some lifelong friendships that we hope can continue.  Please feel free to contact us if you would like to stay in touch with Bob or any of us, and we can add you to the list!  (If anyone is interested, I can set up a schedule to spend some time with Bob - lunch, dinner, ridealongs, etc.)

**We will be having a Fond Farewell Celebration here at the office, on January 13, 2024 from 2 PM - 7 PM - please RSVP here & save the date!!!

Sincerely,

Bob, Tina, Craig, Sue, & Amber
